Is time a resource ?

How important is time?
How to manage time is not considered as paramount because it is available to human being on   equality.  

This fairnes to man by time resource has made it to look less important than other resources
Let us look at it :

Money resource has taken the lead by creating classes among men  :Rich, richer ,richest.  

Money resource created  the odd classes as poor , poorer , poorest. 

Opportunity resource has also realized that man is  ingrate.It stopped availing equal opportunity to all .Thus the saying : opportunity  lost cannot be regained.
But time continues to make itself fairly and equally available bearing any unforseen and undesirable circumstances.

 Therefore, whether you are  rich or poor , prince or servant , you have equal time resource

To get the importance of time capital, it is better monetized as  money capital
For example
   A secretary works for 20working days a month, that is Monday to Friday to earn #40,000 monthly . .She was to complete  and submit a document on Wednesday 15th of March 2013..
  However , due to her time wastage and procastination ,she could not submit untill the following Wednesday 22nd,March 2013. (After five working days)
 Calculate her salary for the month of March                                                                                                                              Total monthly salary   (#2000*20working days)                                                                               #40,000

Less number of days not  at work (days wasted):                                 #2000*5days

                                                  =  #10,000 

                    
Due salary for March             #30,000

She received her payment alert on 1st  April 2013 and exclamated, calling  it unacceptable She never see the time wasted as valuable until when it's monetized . 

This is one of the best way time resource is being appreciated by the people .

Let us know that money  lost can be regained but time lost can never be brought back
