 Discipline in schools  Disciplinary has faded in the  educational system .It has  become a laissez  faire system in which learners are obliged to do things in their own ways rightly or wrongly  Discipline is no more taken as corrections  .Tutors ,educators ,teachers ,instructors or what ever name are at the mercy of the recalcitrant learners .Learning is jeopardized due to lack of standard control and discipline among the students . Continuous helplessness at times have  pushed some educators to a one time extreme action against the recalcirant behaviours  of some students ,afterall ,is just leave the job and not this world .
