All Progressive Congress must wake up to some realities that must be broomed out or else the contractors of brooms may be out of supply in ASO rock come 2027
Among the factors include
Say baba, RIP: The death of former president Muhammed Buhari will cause a serious brake off in the northern political kingdom .
Many caucuses and political groups under the same APC will sooner or later emerge either in clear faces or secretly for the purpose of political relevance. The fact remains that many of the present northern office holders are stooge that believe in Buharism . The demise will surely make some of them to fly their own voices and opinions that may influence the northern political drama.
Another major factor is Northerners political loyalty :The northerners have a proved record of political loyalty to their leaders .This makes the Atiku factor to remain saleable .The coalition. of Atiku Abubakar ,Aminu Tambuwal and Nazir El Rufai to drive the north cannot and must not be thrown into the dust bin by APC ,especially now that Buhari has left the landscape ! Finance is rested in former vice epresident ,Tambuwal remains a respected religious and political leader while Mallam has become a vocal voice that has a way or the key to the talakawa masses
The break off southerners :The Amechi-Obi-Aregbesola factor should not be seen as a dead factor .Not forgetting senator David mark the longest serving senate president in history of Nigeria as at today . It is sure and expected that many more unemployed politicians in the south will find relevance in the coalition party..The likes of Odigie Oyegun former chairman of APC got the ADC membership card this week , Imasuagbon a former LP governorship candidate,Ex governor Emeka Ihedios have all joined the coalition . I would not be surprised to see former governor of Imo Rochas Okorocha turning to ADC
Former governor Ibikunle Amosun is a man of many parties , still in APC but has supported APM and ADC at different times.The obidient movement loyalty to high rising Peter Obi ,the LP presidential candidate in 2023 has a stake or a number of populace to contend with .
It must be clear to APC that there are dissented masses .The Gagaban presidential address of "subsidy is gone " harve been mistaken and misunderstood to mean suffering by a good number of the population .No thank to the aftermath sky rocketted inflation that hitted the economy , especially on food and transportation
Thus, some people are waiting for the chance to make that change like the case of 2015 when they had the dissented mind with former president Goodluck Jonathan administration .
Thus fron the afore mentioned APC needs to wake up and be watchful even among themselves as not to put fire on the bed and sleep snoring
Interestingly we can say a feasible opposition is growing after the "killing' of PDP .This is better for our democratic development
