The ex husband has the legal rights to the children as granted by court of law and agreed by the parties .However ,there are some burdens that follow signing the divorce paper.

1. Sense of infidelity

Of course the woman will re-marry .The new husband feels threatened at every sight  of the ex husband or worst of it is the  sense of infidelity when his wife takes the child or children to see their father, her ex husband. To face the reality, it can happen and it happens !

Research showed that the cause of divorce influence post divorce behaviour and interactions. Divorce due to factors like  parental or religious affiliation does not end  love .

2. Feeling of neglect : Another burden is the feeling of neglect brewed by the new husband toward  her wife on his own biological children  especially when the woman brings up topic concerning her ex .

3. Burden of balancing care :  Equity between the older and  the new or younger  children by the  husband and wife  in term of emotion and love is easier said than done .

The two set of children are from different paternities . This may have certain influence on mannerism due to blood and linage .This is a baggage that calls for patience and tolerance by both  father and mother .

4. Cost of care  : The cost of providing for all the family members without preference is a financial burden that set in at post divorce era. The possibility of increase in number of children to be catered for due to remarriage may push the family standard of living  downward , especially in the face of current economic situation.
